Soliant is actively hiring a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a contract position with a school district in Foster City, California. We are looking for a dedicated SLP to join our team for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year and are scheduling interviews immediately.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a highly supportive environment. The primary focus of this role is strictly evaluating early learners, with no direct therapy caseload involved. Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments exclusively for Pre-Kindergarten students.
Evaluate assessment results to determine eligibility for special education services and early intervention.
Write detailed, accurate, and compliant evaluation reports based on testing findings.
Present assessment results in IEP meetings and collaborate effectively with parents, educators, and the multidisciplinary special education team.
Qualifications
Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
Active California SLP license is required (or eligibility).
California Commission on Teacher Credentialing (CTC) Credential.
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP); Clinical Fellows (CFY) are encouraged to apply!
Previous experience with early childhood/Pre-K assessments is highly preferred.
