Qualifications:
- Current SLPA certification in California, valid for at least one year
- Previous experience within a school district required
- Demonstrated background working with students with extensive support needs
- Proficiency in data collection and progress monitoring
- Experience with AAC devices preferred
- Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus, though not mandatory
Responsibilities:
- Support elementary students (caseload details determined upon placement)
- Conduct screenings, assist with assessments, and deliver individualized interventions
- Collaborate on IEP teams and document student progress
- Collect and manage progress data for students
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative school culture
