Qualifications:
- Active California SLPA credential.
- Experience in school, pediatric, or healthcare SLPA settings.
- Capable of running small group (2-4 students) and individualized 1:1 preschool sessions.
- Strong communication and organizational abilities.
- Passion for supporting speech and language development in young learners.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language services in group (20-30 minutes/group) and 1:1 formats.
- Serve students in preschool and lower elementary grades.
- Collaborate with supervising SLPs, teachers, and support staff.
- Document session notes and progress according to school guidelines.
- Maintain consistent service delivery between Extended School Year (ESY) and the regular school year (NSY).
