Position Overview:
ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated and qualified Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 2026–2027 school year in Wellton, Arizona. This part-time position offers the opportunity to work in a supportive school environment, helping students develop essential communication skills.
Work Schedule:
Part-time hours; schedule to be determined based on school needs
Compensation & Benefits:
- Hourly pay range: $40–$65/hour (based on experience and qualifications)

Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student progress
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal development
- Monitor and evaluate student outcomes and adjust therapy plans as needed
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Arizona SLP license (or ability to obtain)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Previous school-based experience preferred
