Qualifications and Experience:
- SLP-CCC or completion of Clinical Fellowship (CFY) required
- Experience or clinical practicum in pediatric speech-language pathology, preferably within a school or healthcare setting
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organization skills
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- Familiarity with Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and school-based documentation
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess students’ speech, language, and communication abilities
- Develop and implement therapy plans tailored to each student’s needs
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families on strategies to support student progress
- Monitor and document student goals, maintaining accurate and timely records
- Participate in meetings and provide input for IEPs and educational planning
