Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language therapy services to K-8 and preschool-aged students
- Manage a balanced caseload of students, including those who are medically fragile or have multiple impairments
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Maintain up-to-date documentation and progress notes
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (teachers, aides, therapists)
- Communicate regularly with families and caregivers
Qualifications:
- Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Experience in school-based settings preferred
- Comfort working with varying caseloads, including medically complex students
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Flexibility to split time between .4 at K-8 campus and .6 at Early Childhood site
