Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid state SLP licensure (or eligibility)
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellow considered
  • Experience in K-8 and/or early childhood/preschool SLP settings preferred
  • Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage moderate and medically fragile caseloads

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech-language therapy services at a K-8 school (.4 FTE) with a caseload of approximately 68 students (including those who are medically fragile)
  • Deliver interventions at an Early Childhood Learning Center (.6 FTE) with a balanced preschool caseload of about 65 students
  • Develop and implement IEPs, monitor progress, and conduct required assessments
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure student success
  • Maintain thorough documentation and contribute to a supportive, inclusive school environment
