Key Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current state licensure or eligibility
- Prior experience with school-based caseloads and Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) preferred
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Provide speech and language assessment, diagnosis, and therapy for K-8 and early childhood students
- Manage a caseload of roughly 68 students at the K-8 campus (including 15 medically fragile/MOID)
- Support a balanced preschool caseload of approximately 65 students
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to maximize student outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
- Travel between Copper Basin K-8 (.4 FTE) and Early Childhood Learning Center (.6 FTE)
