Qualifications & Requirements:
- Active AZ SLP License
- SLP - CCC certification
- Current AZ Educator Certificate
- Valid IVP Fingerprint Card
- Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings strongly preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work full-time, onsite during the contract dates
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
- Deliver speech therapy sessions and monitor student progress
- Adapt techniques and therapy to meet diverse needs across PreK-8th grade caseloads (final caseload to be determined)
- Collaborate actively with teachers, administrators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Document all services and maintain compliance with state/federal guidelines
- Participate in parent meetings, IEP development, and ongoing student reviews
