Qualifications:
- Active California SLPA License required
- Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Familiarity with IEP documentation and implementing therapy plans
- Ability to work independently as well as part of an interdisciplinary team
Key Responsibilities:
- Support lead Speech-Language Pathologists in delivering therapy services to students
- Assist with conducting assessments, documenting progress, and reporting findings
- Implement individualized treatment activities under supervision
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and educational staff regarding student progress and needs
- Maintain accurate records and assist with IEP meetings as needed
This contract begins as soon as possible and continues through the end of the school year. The position is part-time, offering a manageable weekly schedule and flexibility.
