Position Overview:
ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) for a school-based opportunity during the 2026–2027 school year. This position offers the opportunity to support students across a TK–12 caseload while working closely with a collaborative team of Speech-Language Pathologists and fellow SLPAs.
Work Schedule:
* Monday – Friday
* 35 hours per week
* Start Date: August 2026
* End Date: May 2027

Position Details:
* TK–12 caseload
* Onsite position
* One school site
* Work alongside a team of four speech professionals (two SLPs and two SLPAs)
* Collaborative and supportive educational environment
* Bilingual Spanish candidates preferred
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the supervising Speech-Language Pathologist in implementing therapy plans
* Provide direct support services to students under SLP supervision
* Document student performance and progress during therapy sessions
* Prepare therapy materials and support service implementation
* Collaborate with school staff and families to support student success
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation
* Support students in achieving communication and language development goals
Qualifications:
* Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
* Active state SLPA license required (or ability to obtain)
* Previous school-based experience preferred
* Bilingual Spanish preferred
* Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
