- Previous experience providing services in a school setting is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in elementary-aged students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and families
- Maintain accurate records and track student progress
- Consult with classroom teachers, special education teams, and parents to support student success
- Provide direct therapy, progress monitoring, and intervention, adjusting approaches as needed
