Pay: $40–$45/hour, depending on experience
ProCare Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join a supportive school-based team in San Jose for the 2026–2027 school year.
Position Details:
Full-time school-based position
Support students across an educational setting
Work under the supervision of a licensed SLP
Provide direct speech and language services
Implement treatment plans and IEP goals
Assist with data collection and progress documentation
Collaborate with SLPs, teachers, and other members of the special education team
Qualifications:
Active California SLPA license/registration required
Previous school-based experience preferred
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Experience working with students is a plus
