Pay: $40–$45/hour
ProCare Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join a school team in Richmond, CA for the 2026–2027 school year. This position will support an elementary caseload and work alongside a supervising Speech-Language Pathologist.
Position Details:
2026–2027 school year
Elementary caseload
Provide speech and language services under SLP supervision
Support students with individualized speech and language goals
Collaborate with teachers, SLPs, and school staff
Maintain accurate documentation and service records
Qualifications:
Active California SLPA license required
Previous school-based experience preferred
Bilingual Spanish preferred, but not required
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Passion for supporting students in an educational setting
