- Organized, self-motivated, and dedicated to student growth
Primary Responsibilities:
- Support SLPs in delivering individualized and group therapy sessions
- Implement treatment plans designed by the supervising SLP
- Track and document student progress and outcomes
- Prepare instructional materials and activities related to speech and language development
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with privacy regulations
- Engage with staff and families to maximize student success
- Participate in meetings or professional development as needed
