Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree from an accredited SLPA program
- Current SLPA licensure in California (or eligibility)
- Experience in school settings (preferred)
- Passion for supporting children’s communication development
- Strong communication, adaptability, and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language support under a licensed SLP
- Implement IEP goals with guidance from supervising SLP
- Collect and document student progress data
- Communicate effectively with students, teachers, and families
- Adapt and deliver engaging, evidence-based interventions
- Participate in school meetings and professional development
