We are actively seeking multiple Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for exciting school-based opportunities throughout the greater Richmond, Virginia area for the 2026-2027 school year. Opportunities are available for experienced CCC-SLPs, virtual SLPs (teletherapy providers), and potentially Clinical Fellows (SLP-CFYs) with district-provided supervision.

Position Details
- Position: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Speech-Language Pathologist Responsibilities
- Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students
- Complete documentation, progress reports, and compliance requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team collaboration
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and special education staff
- Maintain compliance with district, state, and federal regulations
- Perform both direct and indirect service responsibilities
Qualifications
- Active Virginia Speech-Language Pathologist License
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates may be considered
- Previous school-based experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
