Position Overview:
ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) for a full-time opportunity during the 2026–2027 school year. This position offers the opportunity to support elementary students across two school sites while working alongside a collaborative team of educators and speech-language professionals.

Position Details:
* Elementary school caseload
* Split between two school sites
* School-based setting in Richmond, Virginia

Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the supervising Speech-Language Pathologist in implementing therapy plans
* Provide direct support services to students under SLP supervision
* Document student performance and progress during therapy sessions
* Prepare therapy materials and support service implementation
* Collaborate with school staff and families to support student success
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation
* Support students in achieving communication and language development goals
Qualifications:
* Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
* Active Virginia SLPA license required (or ability to obtain)
* Previous school-based experience preferred
* Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
