School-Based Speech Language Pathologist Assistant - Midlothian, Virginia

Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid SLPA licensure or certification (or eligibility for licensure)
- Previous experience in school settings or with pediatric populations preferred
- Strong understanding of speech and language development in children
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management abilities
- Positive, team-oriented attitude and a passion for supporting student success
Core Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized therapy plans under SLP supervision
- Provide direct and indirect services to elementary-age caseloads across two schools
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families
- Support documentation of student progress and maintain accurate records
- Assist with the preparation of therapy materials and participate in school meetings as needed
