Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Associate’s degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology Assisting, or equivalent
- Current or pending SLPA licensure/certification in North Carolina
- Familiarity with school-based interventions and IEP processes is a plus
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Collaborative approach with educators and families
- Reliable, organized, and flexible in adapting to school schedules
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language services to students as directed by the supervising SLP
- Assist with implementation of IEP goals and therapy activities
- Foster positive, inclusive learning environments for all students
- Collect, maintain, and report data on student progress
- Participate in team meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development
