School-Based Speech Language Pathologist Assistant - Racine, Wisconsin

Desired Qualifications:
- Hold a valid DPI License 1820 for Speech and Language Pathology.
- Experience supporting speech and language interventions in a school setting.
- Ability to design and deliver therapy sessions under the supervision of a licensed SLP.
- Strong communication skills and an enthusiasm for partnering with students, educators, and families.
- Well organized, with dependable documentation and time-management habits.
Responsibilities Include:
- Deliver direct speech and language services to assigned students, per their IEP goals.
- Assist in assessment activities and progress monitoring as part of a collaborative team.
- Support data collection, session planning, and adjustment of approaches as student needs evolve.
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to IEP meetings as needed.
