Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language support and interventions under the supervision of a licensed speech-language pathologist.
- Assist with screening, assessment, and data collection to help monitor student progress.

- Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to individualized education programs (IEPs) as required.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and team meetings.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid SLPA certification or licensure as required by state regulations.
- Experience working within K-12 school settings, preferably with elementary and middle school students.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse student populations and school staff.
- Ability to manage caseloads across multiple school sites with flexibility and organization.
- Commitment to student-centered care and supporting inclusive education.
Location:
- Based in Prince George, VA, with travel between 2-3 nearby school sites.
