Key Qualifications:
- Active or eligible licensure as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant
- Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric clinical setting preferred
- Familiarity with IEPs, progress monitoring, and data collection
- Strong collaboration skills for working with SLPs, teachers, and families
- Ability to adapt therapy techniques to suit diverse student needs
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills

Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support to students under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
- Assist with screening, assessment, and documentation of student progress
- Implement therapy plans crafted by supervising SLPs, adjusting activities as needed
- Collaborate with teachers and other school professionals to integrate therapy into classroom activities
- Maintain accurate records, assist in preparing materials, and support IEP meetings as requested
