School-Based Speech Language Pathologist Assistant - Pasadena, MD

Qualifications:
- Current Maryland SLPA license required
- Experience working in educational or pediatric settings preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
- Flexibility to travel between multiple school campuses
- Passion for working with children and adolescents across diverse backgrounds
- Familiarity with IEP processes and progress monitoring is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Implement treatment plans developed by supervising speech-language pathologists
- Assist in screening, assessment, and direct therapy sessions for K-12 students
- Prepare materials and document student progress
- Collaborate effectively with teachers, families, and staff
- Contribute insights during team meetings and provide feedback on student development
- Maintain accurate and timely records in accordance with school and state requirements
