Qualifications & Experience:
- Active SLPA license in Maryland (required)
- Previous experience in a school setting or with school-aged children is a plus

- Ability to adapt to varying caseloads across multiple school sites

Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and indirect speech-language services under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
- Assist in implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) for K-12 students
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other school staff to integrate communication goals into the classroom
- Maintain accurate documentation and track student progress
- Engage with families and caregivers to support student outcomes
- Participate in professional development and school meetings as needed
