School Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) | Parker, Colorado

Openings include:
- 2 full-time SLPA positions (37.5 hours per week, split between elementary and middle school)
- 1 part-time SLPA position (3 days per week, split between middle and high school)
Key Qualifications:
- Valid Colorado SLPA license required
- Prior experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations is preferred
- Knowledge of IEP processes and comfort implementing speech-language interventions
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to work independently within a school-based team
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services under the supervision of licensed Speech-Language Pathologists
- Support communication needs and IEP goals of students in assigned schools
- Document student progress, keep accurate records, and contribute to IEP meetings as needed
- Adapt therapy activities to meet the diverse learning styles of students
- Serve as a reliable team member within one school building per assignment
This contract opportunity runs from August 12, 2026, through May 28, 2027. Both full-time and part-time roles offer rich experience in varied educational environments as you split your time between assigned school levels within Highlands Ranch, Parker, and Castle Rock.
