School-Based Speech Language Pathologist Assistant - Parker, CO

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy services to students as outlined in their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Work closely with licensed Speech-Language Pathologists to implement intervention plans and monitor student progress
- Document sessions and track measurable gains in communication skills
- Support classroom teachers by offering strategies and tools for speech and language development
- Engage with parents and caregivers to provide updates, resources, and recommendations
- Participate in team meetings, IEP reviews, and professional development activities
- Adjust and adapt materials and session approaches for a diverse caseload
Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program or equivalent
- Valid SLPA license or eligibility for licensure in the state
- Experience working within school settings or with pediatric populations preferred
- Strong collaboration skills and a team-first mindset
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Comfort working with both elementary and middle school-aged children
- Familiarity with IEP documentation a plus
