Available Positions:
- 2 Full-Time SLPAs (37.5 hours/week), working across elementary and middle school caseloads.
- 1 Part-Time SLPA (3 days/week), supporting both middle and high school students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support to students with communication challenges under the supervision of a licensed SLP.
- Implement individualized therapy plans and interventions within the school setting.
- Monitor student progress and keep detailed, accurate records.
- Participate in team meetings, collaborating closely with teachers, staff, and families.
- Maintain compliance with all school and state guidelines.
Ideal Qualifications:
- Hold an active Colorado SLPA license (required).
- Experience working in school-based settings, particularly elementary, middle, or high school.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently while remaining a positive, collaborative team member.
