The part-time opportunity (three days a week) serves both middle and high school students in Castle Rock and Parker. All positions begin on August 12, 2026, and continue through May 28, 2027, providing ample opportunity to make a sustained impact through the academic year. Each role offers a consistent schedule of 37.5 hours weekly (for full-time) and guarantees you'll work in just one building for enhanced continuity and collaboration.
What We're Looking For:
- Active Colorado SLPA licensure required
- Experience or strong interest in school-based settings
- Ability to manage diverse student caseloads across grade levels
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Adaptability to thrive in dynamic, multi-site environments
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Support SLPs in the implementation of individualized interventions and therapy plans
- Deliver small-group and one-on-one support to students with varying speech and language needs
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with classroom teachers and other professionals
- Track student progress and assist with documentation and reporting requirements
- Take part in continued professional development as needed
