- California SLPA license in good standing
- Prior experience or practicum in a school, pediatrics, or educational setting is highly valued

- Ability to collaborate effectively with supervising SLPs, teachers, and staff
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver direct therapy services to students under the guidance of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
- Support students’ speech, language, and communication goals within classroom or small group settings
- Document student progress, maintain accurate records, and contribute to IEP reporting
- Participate in staff meetings and contribute to collaborative planning to best meet student needs
- Utilize a variety of therapeutic materials, technology, and evidence-based techniques
- Manage a flexible caseload according to school and student priorities
