School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Lakewood, Washington

Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid Washington SLP license or eligibility to obtain
- SLP-CCC credential strongly preferred
- Willingness to be fingerprinted through OSPI, if not already completed
- School-based SLP experience or a passion for working in educational settings
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and provide therapy for students with a range of speech, language, and communication needs
- Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to implement effective interventions and IEPs
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
- Attend meetings and contribute to the multidisciplinary support team
- Provide education and resources to families and faculty as needed
