School Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) - Berkeley, California

What You’ll Bring:
- Current SLPA license or certification
- Previous experience in a school setting is preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfort working both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work effectively with a caseload of approximately 35 children
- Proficiency in supporting speech and language goals for elementary-age students
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement speech and language therapy plans developed by a virtual supervising SLP
- Provide direct intervention and support to elementary students at a single school site
- Collect and maintain data on student progress, reporting back to the SLP supervisor as required
- Collaborate with school staff and another onsite SLPA (present two days per week) to promote student success
- Adapt therapy activities as needed to meet individual student goals
