- Organizational skills and adaptability to manage a caseload of approximately 40 elementary-aged students
Responsibilities Include:
- Implementing speech-language therapy plans developed by supervising SLPs
- Delivering direct therapy and support to students, tracking progress and maintaining accurate documentation
- Collaborating with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student success
- Preparing therapy materials and assisting with student assessments
- Participating in team meetings and contributing to IEP discussions when appropriate
