Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Completion of an SLPA program and required certification
- Experience or coursework in educational or healthcare SLPA settings
- Eagerness to work with elementary-aged children
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Open to recent graduates and clinical fellows
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
- Support students in developing effective communication strategies
- Assist with creating and implementing therapy materials
- Conduct small group and individual sessions as directed
- Document student progress regularly
- Engage with teachers and staff to support IEP goals
