School-Based Speech Language Pathologist Assistant - Nampa, Idaho

Essential Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program
- Valid SLPA license, in good standing
- Experience in a school setting or working with school-aged children is highly desired
- Ability to collaborate effectively with supervising SLPs, educators, and families
- Strong interpersonal skills, compassion, and enthusiasm for student success
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Self-motivated, well-organized, and able to manage a small caseload independently
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out therapy sessions individually or in small groups, following treatment plans developed by a supervising SLP
- Support implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collect and record student progress data
- Assist in preparing session materials and activities
- Participate in team meetings and communicate observations to the SLP and education team
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical and professional standards
