- Comfort working independently and adapting to individual student needs.
Responsibilities:
- Support speech-language pathologists with implementing individualized education program (IEP) goals for students.
- Conduct screening and assist in the delivery of direct therapy services under supervision.
- Prepare materials and assist with documentation, data collection, and progress updates.
- Foster positive relationships with students, helping create a supportive learning environment.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical and professional standards at all times.
