- Ability to work independently under the supervision of a Speech-Language Pathologist
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language interventions in individual or small group settings as directed by the supervising SLP
- Assist in the implementation of IEP goals and track student progress
- Prepare and organize session materials and activities tailored to student needs
- Maintain accurate data collection and progress documentation
- Participate in staff meetings and collaborate with educational teams to optimize student support
- Communicate ongoing progress and needs with teachers and families as appropriate
