- Valid SLPA license or certification meeting state requirements
- Prior experience working in a school or pediatric setting is preferred
- Comfort collaborating with supervising SLPs, teachers, and families

- Tech-savvy and able to document student progress efficiently
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language intervention to students as directed by a supervising SLP
- Support the development and carryover of IEP goals under supervision
- Implement therapy activities and gather materials as needed for student sessions
- Track and document student progress and maintain accurate records
- Participate in staff meetings, IEP meetings, or parent conferences as requested
- Help foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
