Desired Qualifications:
- Current, active Speech-Language Pathology Assistant license and certification number required
- Experience in school settings preferred, particularly with elementary student populations
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Ability to adapt to varying caseloads and learning needs
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
Key Responsibilities:
- Support implementation of individualized education plans for speech and language students
- Deliver direct therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation and records
- Collaborate with teachers, clinicians, and families to maximize student success
- Assist with screenings and assessments as directed
