No matter which path you choose, you'll receive direct supervision and mentorship to fuel your professional growth.
Desired Qualifications: • Current SLPA licensure or eligibility. • Previous experience in a school setting preferred. • Ability to adapt to various ages and developmental needs. • Strong skills in teamwork, communication, and documentation. • Compassion and enthusiasm for working with children. • Knowledge of IEP processes and data collection is a plus.
Primary Responsibilities: • Deliver therapy services under the supervision of a licensed SLP. • Support students’ speech and language goals through individual and group sessions. • Assist with assessments, progress documentation, and development of materials. • Collaborate with teachers and staff to optimize student success. • Maintain accurate records and monitor progress toward IEP goals. • Communicate with families and team members to ensure consistency of support.
