Embark on a fulfilling contract assignment supporting elementary students as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant. This full-time role runs from now through late May 2027 and is based onsite, working with an engaged student caseload and a collaborative school therapy team.
In this position, you’ll work closely with a supervising Speech-Language Pathologist, providing direct services to approximately 70-80 elementary students—primarily in group settings. What You’ll Bring:
- Valid Texas SLPA License issued by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR)
- Demonstrated experience or enthusiasm for working with children in group speech-language therapy sessions
- Ability to follow direction and collaborate with a supervising SLP
- Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to best practices in educational settings
