Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Active SLPA licensure or eligibility for licensure in Virginia
- Experience working in a school or pediatric environment preferred

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language interventions under the guidance of a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Assist in assessing students’ communication needs and contribute to progress monitoring
- Support implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs) and collect relevant data
- Collaborate with educators, specialists, and families to foster student growth
- Prepare materials and activities tailored to each student's goals
- Maintain accurate session records as required by school and district policies
