Qualifications:

  • Active California SLPA license required
  • Minimum of 3 months’ experience as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant
  • Previous elementary caseload experience preferred
  • Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus, but not mandatory
  • Willingness to collaborate closely with a supervisory SLP
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech-language support to TK-5 students under SLP supervision
  • Carry out therapy activities as directed
  • Record and track student progress
  • Participate in meetings and adapt strategies as needed
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
