Qualifications:
- At least 3 months of experience working as a School SLPA
- Current, active California SLPA license
- Spanish-English bilingual skills are a plus, but not mandatory
- Friendly, flexible attitude and ready to collaborate
- Committed to working with diverse young learners (TK-5th grade)
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language services in elementary classroom settings
- Collaborate closely with supervising SLP, who is available for ongoing support and guidance
- Support individualized education goals under supervision
- Track student progress and assist in documentation
- Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment
