School-Based Speech Language Pathologist Assistant - Madera, CA

Key Qualifications:
- Active California Speech-Language Pathology Assistant license required
- Minimum of three months’ prior SLPA experience
- Experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred
- Bilingual Spanish skills are highly desirable, but not mandatory
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within educational teams
Essential Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language interventions to elementary students under the guidance and supervision of an SLP
- Implement individualized education plan (IEP) goals and participate in data tracking and progress monitoring
- Support communication, articulation, and language development of students in both small group and one-on-one settings
- Maintain accurate records of each student’s progress and uphold all documentation requirements
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
- Adapt intervention strategies for diverse learners in culturally responsive ways
