Qualifications:
- Active California SLPA license is required.
- Minimum of 3 months’ experience working as an SLPA—demonstrates your confidence in a school-based setting.
- Bilingual Spanish skills are welcome but not required.
- Passion for supporting children in a school environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to students in grades TK-5 under the supervision of an experienced, remote SLP.
- Collaborate closely with your supervising SLP to ensure a personalized and consistent approach for each student on your caseload.
- Implement therapy plans and document student progress with accuracy.
- Engage with teachers and educational staff to support student communication goals and participate in team meetings as needed.
