- Ability to follow individualized education plans (IEPs) and detailed SLP direction

- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Familiarity with speech/language therapy tools, documentation, and reporting
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and indirect speech and language therapy under SLP supervision
- Assist in preparing materials and organizing activities for student sessions
- Support individualized learning goals through adapted interventions
- Collect, document, and report student performance data accurately
- Partner with teachers, families, and staff to foster student progress
- Contribute to a respectful, positive, and inclusive school environment
