Qualifications & Experience:
- Associate’s degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program
- Current state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant
- Prior experience in a school-based or pediatric setting is highly valued
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to follow treatment plans accurately
- Comfortable collaborating with educators, students, and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy services to students under the supervision of a licensed SLP
- Assist in the implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Document and report on student progress toward therapy goals
- Maintain therapy materials and assist with preparation of session activities
- Participate in school meetings and contribute to a supportive learning environment
