School Speech Language Pathologist Assistant | Littleton, Colorado

Qualifications & Experience:
- Associate’s degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program (or equivalent coursework and valid certification/licensure)
- Previous experience working with children in a school setting, ideally K-8
- Familiarity with implementing treatment plans designed by licensed SLPs
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organization skills
- An adaptable, compassionate approach and a commitment to supporting diverse student needs
- Compliance with state and federal regulations for school-based therapy
Role Responsibilities:
- Support the delivery of speech-language therapy services under the supervision of a licensed SLP
- Carry out treatment activities targeting speech, language, communication, and social skills for students in grades K-8
- Track student progress, document interventions, and maintain accurate records in accordance with school and legal guidelines
- Communicate regularly with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
- Assist with screening and assessment procedures as directed
- Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities
