School-Based Speech Language Pathologist Assistant - Denver, CO

Key Qualifications:
- Hold or be eligible for SLPA licensure or certification as required for schools
- Background in working with children in K-8 or pediatric settings strongly preferred
- Understanding of implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and progress monitoring
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to follow established protocols and guidance from supervising SLP
Primary Responsibilities:
- Support students in developing speech, language, and communication skills under the supervision of an onsite SLP
- Provide direct, one-on-one therapy and group sessions tailored to IEP goals
- Assist with screening, assessment, and documentation processes
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to optimize student outcomes
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and session notes
