Qualifications & Experience:
- Associate’s degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid SLPA license or eligibility to obtain, as required by California
- Prior experience in school-based settings preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Collaborative spirit and adaptability in diverse environments
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement speech-language therapy programs and activities under the supervision of a licensed SLP
- Assist students in achieving communication goals in accordance with IEPs
- Document student progress and maintain accurate records
