We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) for a full-time, school-based position in Palo Alto, California for the 2026–2027 school year. This opportunity offers the chance to work in a highly supportive educational environment serving students across K–12 grade levels.
Position Overview
- Full-time schedule (37.5 hours per week)
- Onsite services only
- Support students across two school sites
- K–12 student population
- Opportunity for Extended School Year (ESY) services
- Collaborative and supportive educational team
Key Responsibilities
- Provide speech and language services under the direction of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
- Implement speech and language treatment plans
- Support student communication goals and progress
- Assist with documentation and data collection
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and educational staff
- Participate in team meetings and student support planning

Requirements
- Active California Speech-Language Pathology Assistant License/Certification
- Ability to work onsite across two school locations
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred
