Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
- Completion of an accredited SLPA program with active licensure as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant in California
- Prior experience within school or educational settings is highly desirable
- Strong background or exposure to healthcare speech therapy environments considered a plus
- Excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with teachers, families, and supervisors
- Organizational strengths and adaptability in fast-paced academic environments

Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct therapy to students under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
- Collect data and document student progress according to IEP goals
- Assist in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans
- Prepare therapy materials and support classroom-based interventions as needed
- Act as a positive resource for both students and staff, fostering supportive learning environments
- Participate in training sessions, team meetings, and professional development as required
